Residential - EMERGENCY CASES ONLY

As we are concentrating on filming from historical locations, we will depending on the situation take on a residential case. We work with home owners to identify possible causes for the disturbances This includes historic review of the location, home owner history, possible documented deaths that may have occurred on the property to determine a logical explanation of what is going on. If evidence is captured, a copy of all evidence is given to the home owner.

Commercial

No location is too big or too small. We have worked with large factories, hospitals, to banks, bars and small shops. Similar to residential cases, all evidence captured is provided to the business establishment.

What is this investigation going to cost me?

Absolutely NOTHING! We have a passion for what we do and provide our services 100% free of charge.

Are we required to leave the location while the investigation is taking place?

Although we have had clients throw us their keys at the end of their driveway. We do not require the residence to leave their location as the interaction is with you and others we would prefer everyone that lives there be there for the investigation.

I want an investigation, but do I have the option to keep myself and the location private?

Every home owner and business establishment is required to complete documents granting our team permission to investigate the location and finally an evidence release form. As we would love to share evidence that we find, we will only post what we have been given permission to post. To protect the identity of the family and the location we can list as undisclosed location. Everything is kept strictly confidential unless given written consent.
